Yesterday marked the one year anniversary of my heart attack…. the good news is I’m doing well….. I have made some major changes in my life…. I have moved out of California and now enjoying NC….. All is Well….. I do miss my family and grandkids… and my friends that I worked with and hung out with….. but I will see you all again when I return doing some workshops….
