Sometimes when you sit at home….. Whether you’re sad or bored… For me sometimes it’s better just to go someplace and late at night treasure Island sometimes can be a cool getaway…. find a place to sit…and just watch the cars go by….. I sometimes wonder……. where are they all going…..here is a click…..

It wasn’t too long ago… That my friend Ed gave me an incredible gift… I had done some work for him and as a reward you let me stay at his house in Mexico…. It was a beautiful house….. And the house was on the beach which gave me access to endless amounts of beach to walk on… One day when I was walking I came upon this girl she was standing on the beach fortunately I had a Camera….. It was my Sony RX 100… It’s pocket camera……. and there she was….. standing I quickly reached into my pocket was able to get my camera out and get this click…… I call the picture…. I know you seen this one coming……… This may not be a great print but it is a magical shot…..

Well here is a fine photo… Yes it’s a photo of my feet… Standing on yes grass…not many people think about history… or what might’ve happened on a particular spot… Whereas with me I always think of these things… When I did cruises to Italy I often wondered to streets in different cities like Venice… As I wandered down the old streets I imagine who else walked down the streets… I mean did Michelangelo or Christopher Columbus walk on this path there’s no telling… But now back to my feet standing on the grass… Well a week or two ago I attended a Paul McCartney concert at Candlestick Park… It was the last concert to be performed at Candlestick Park… Ironically 48 years ago another band ended their tour and their public performances at Candlestick Park… I was at that concert I was setting on the third base side at Candlestick Park…. The band playing was on the stage… Right around second base on the ballparks diamond…. Around the band was a 6 foot high chain link fence and endless amounts of security people the band only played for around 30 minutes……. but as long as I live I will never forget that 30 minutes….. Of course the band you probably already have guessed… Was the Beatles…. So now you ask yourself what does this have to do with the photo of you standing on the grass… Well when I was at the Paul McCartney concert I was down on the playing field and I had worked myself as close as I could roughly where the Beatles were playing on that day August 29, 1966… So this is simply a photograph of me standing where  the Beatles played 48 years ago….

Today I took off…not really knowing where I would end up… sort of a normal thing for me…. Ended up at Fort Point…. Got this click on the canon area….. the canon balls are around 30 pounds each.

Been busy… but yesterday got to hang out with davey and the band…. davey has reformed Gamma adding a + to the name…. after yesterday practice…. the band is sounding good….. here a photo from yesterday…. can of in the old 40’s noir style… of black & white….

I really don’t like to take photos of flowers….but sometimes you have nothing better to do while you wait……

Well out driving today…. went to SF to Samys Camera….. Hot Dog at Costco……. $1.50 with a Coke… On the way home stopped at T.I. not the best time for photo but good enough….for a click…..
